COVID -19 Policy,
Practice appropriate social distancing
face mask required by instructors and class participants

We want you and everyone else in the class to have a swell time! So here are our class policies, designed with everyone's best interests in mind:
  • Respect everyone in the class. We all have our strengths & weaknesses, so lets be supportive and kind to one another.
  • You are expected to clean up your own mud mess. This means surfaces you have used and cleanup typically starts 15 min before class ends.
  • Classes start at the time given, so please arrive early enough to change or get yourself settled in.
  • If you miss a class (5+ week classes) we will add you to our list of students needing a make-up, but there is no guarantee of one. We try to fit students needing a makeup class into classes with the available space to accommodate them.
  • If an instructor is sick we will, when available, have another instructor sub. Otherwise if we have to cancel a class or workshop due to illness or weather, we will do our best to accommodate everyone when we rescheduling
  • What is your refund policy?Full tuition fee is refunded up to 10 days before the class start. Within 10 days of class start, full tuition less $50 will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after the class start date.
  • Full payment must be made before the first class begins.
  • Classes are for those of all levels.
  • Classes are subject to cancellation or rescheduling if the minimum number of students is not met, with a full refund.
  • We will contact everyone via email once pottery is fired and ready for pickup. Any pieces not picked up for over 2 weeks will be donated or disposed of .
  • What happens if I have a crack in my piece or don't like the color of the glaze after it has been fired in the kiln.  You will be a student of clay whether you have no experience or 20 years of experience.  As in all creative arts, we learn from our mistakes and strive to gain insight.  We do not reimburse learning curves we celebrate growth.
  • Lastly: relax, breath, have fun, and GET MUDDY!
